Meyart Coffee and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you use the Application or visit our website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. 

 

Cancellation Terms

 

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened - unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

 

This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.  Please Email or call us and we will endeavour to come to a resolution for you as soon as possible.

 

Refund Policy

 

Upon cancellation of a contract we will refund customers all charges as soon as possible.  We will request the products to be returned to us as soon as possible.  Unless the product is faulty or of unsatisfactory quality we will ask the buyer to pay the return postage costs.

Trademarks

 

Meyart Coffees trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Meyart Coffee, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Meyart Coffee.

 

Membership account

 

If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Meyart Coffee and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. 

 

Reviews and other content

 

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."  Meyart Coffee takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party

 

Product Descriptions

 

Meyart Coffee and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Meyart Coffee does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this website are completely error-free.   Please inform us if you believe any of our content to be errorneous and we will rectify this as soon as possible.

Complaints

 

If you feel that items in your order are unsatisfactory, that we have made a mistake or have any other complaint then please feel free to contact us using one of the methods listed on our contact us page.  We will endeavour to solve the problem.

 

We will respond to all complaints on the same day, and aim to resolve all complaints within two working days. Any customer details passed to us are kept confidential and you will be kept informed of the complaint process.

 

Delivery

 

All prices displayed include delivery within the UK. We will endeavour to fulfil your order and deliver the goods to you within five working days of the placing of your order. If, for some reason, we are unable to deliver the goods to you within this time then we shall contact you and arrange another time for delivery. If another delivery time cannot be agreed upon then we will offer you a full refund.  If your package is lost in transit we will investigate with royal mail as we have proof of postage for every order.  Depending on the result we will replace your order or refund your money.

Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on our website. These policies also govern your use of the Meyart Coffee application. We reserve the right to make changes to our application, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees within Meyart Coffee, on a need to know basis, use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. 

 

Liability issues

 

In issues of liability we will liase with the customer and attempt to resolve the issues on an individual basis.

 

Rights of the seller

 

Meyart Coffee will adhere to distance selling regulations and the sales of goods act.  We will also endeavour to contact customers as soon as possible in the event of any enquiries or complaints.

 

Rights of the buyer

 

Buyer’s rights under distance selling regulations

 

The regulations say that you:

 

1) Must be given clear information about the goods or services before you buy. This is called pre-purchase information

2) Must receive written information after you have bought the goods or services

3) Have a right to cancel your order within a seven day cooling-off period

4) Have a right to have goods or services provided within 30 days after the order was sent, unless otherwise agreed

5) Can get a refund if items aren’t delivered on the agreed delivery date. If no delivery date is given, you can get a refund if items aren’t delivered within 30 days of placing your order

6) Have a right to a refund if someone has used your payment card without your permission

7) Have a right to keep goods delivered to you that you didn’t ask for. These are called unsolicited goods.

 

Other legal rights

 

When buying at a distance you also have the same legal rights as you would if buying in a shop under the Sale of Goods Act and the Supply of Goods and Services Act.
